The staff of Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkasy received certificates of copyright registration for works from the National Intellectual Property Body of the State Organization “Ukrainian National Office for Intellectual Property and Innovations” (UANIPIO).

The staff members of the Educational-Scientific Centre for Digital Development and Quality of Education and lecturers of the Department of Automation and Computer-Integrated Technologies Valerii Hrytsenko, Liudmyla Vasiura, together with the first vice-rector Vasyl Moisiienko, registered the copyright for the work No. 128103 “Computer program “e-Kadry” (“e-Personnel”)” (the service is intended for storing up-to-date personnel information about university employees).

The same team received the second certificate of copyright for work No. 128105 “Computer program “e-Shtat” (“e-Staff”)” (the service is intended for departments to create employee staff forms for the academic year).

Applications and copyright certificates are registered and received in electronic format through the System of Electronic Interaction of the Expertise Institute (SEI EI).

The digital services “e-Kadry” and “e-Shtat” are implemented and integrated into the information and analytical system for business process management “e-Universytet” (“e-University”) of Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkasy and are used by the respective departments in their work within the framework of digital transformation.
