– The main goal of the activity of the Educational-Scientific Centre for Mental Health is to popularize reliable information related to the cultivation of stress resistance. Simplicity, accessibility, and openness are the core principles of the Centre's work. The lecture was prepared in the context of the idea of developing something interesting and useful for people. It is aimed at helping the listener to gradually but methodically form their own quick psychological first aid kit, so that during times of uncertainty, they can break free from oppressive thoughts, tension or apathy, and shift their attention to proactive behaviour, – the director of the Educational-Scientific Centre for Mental Health Yulia Sidenko noted.
The Centre plans to continue organizing similar events. Follow the news!
