Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkasy received charitable assistance from the University of Greenwich (the United Kingdom) as part of the “Twinning” support program for Ukrainian universities.
Laptops, visualizers, and powerful projectors provided by British colleagues are extremely relevant technical tools that will further improve the quality of the university’s educational services and create additional opportunities for interactive learning.
During the period of partnership with the University of Greenwich, BKNUC has organized a number of events that contributed to the rapprochement of our institutions: joint hosting of the Research Network Conference for the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine, participation of students and lecturers in educational projects, online courses, summer schools, etc.
“I sincerely thank our British colleagues for their support. I am sure that our partnership will continue to develop. Together, we will be able to withstand modern challenges and achieve high results in the future,” the Vice-Rector for Scientific and Innovation Activities, Oleksandr Spriahailo, said.
“Twinning” support program for Ukrainian universities was introduced by Cormack Consultancy Group (the United Kingdom) in partnership with the National Representation of the UK Universities. The goal of the program is to preserve the integrity of Ukrainian educational institutions and the system as a whole, as well as to help Ukrainian higher education institutions become more resilient after the war. Twinning enables Ukrainian universities to receive precisely individualized support from British partners, which allows ensuring the sustainability of the educational process at a specific university.
