On January, 24, 2020, Bogdan Khmelnytsky Cherkasy National University held the 19-th Master's commencement ceremony.
This year 691 students have completed their Master's degrees. 124 students got diplomas with honors. Most of these diplomas were awarded to graduates of the Institute of Pedagogical Education, Social Work and Art, the Institute of Natural Sciences and Agrarian Sciences, the Institute of Economics and Law and the Faculty of Psychology.
Rector Oleksandr Cherevko addressed the graduates with a welcome word:
— Today is a significant day at the university — graduation of masters. This is the result of conscientious learning, supported by teachers and mentors. This is the result of the parents’ care who advised their children to join the ChNU and helped them to get an education. And now we gather at ChNU as one family to celebrate the commencement day.
Each of our graduates has his or her own fortune, but we tried our best, helping them, to become highly qualified specialists, real citizens, personalities, to radiate emotional intelligence and to respond correctly to all life challenges.
I am convinced that graduates of ChNU-2020 will be successful. Because they are an example for everyone, they are at the forefront of events that are happening in Ukraine. Congratulations to the university community for another great result! And I wish the graduates success in their independent lives!
