The delegation of the Bogdan Khmelnytsky Cherkasy National University, headed by Rector Oleksandr Cherevko took part in commemoration event, devoted to the 85th anniversary of Vasyl Symonenko.
It was held at Cherkasy Philharmonic Hall, which welcomed all people who were not indifferent to the talent of the great poet. Even though Vasily Symonenko lived a very short life (28 years), his literary heritage is difficult to overestimate.
