On the fourth anniversary of russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, on 24 February, representatives of Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkasy took part in the online workshop “Co-creating 2036 Scenarios for Higher Education in Europe” (“Future Sighting Workshop 3: Future Scenarios”), organised within the framework of the E³UDRES² European University Alliance.

The student team of the “Choreography” programme at Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkasy – Dance Lab – has received support under the city’s Scholarship Programme for the implementation of projects in the field of culture for 2024–2028.

Cooperation with the University of Valladolid (Spain) under the Erasmus+ programme is opening even more opportunities for academic development and international partnership. This project, initiated by Nataliia Slyvka, Head of the Department of Modern English Teaching Practices, launched systematic international mobility at Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkasy and laid the foundation for the further expansion of academic cooperation.

Associate Professor of the Department of Intellectual Property and Civil Law Disciplines, Nataliia Popova, together with Associate Professor of the Department of Chemistry and Nanomaterials Science, Valentyna Lytvyn, who has many years of experience in the synthesis of gold and silver nanoparticles, combined scientific research with practical cosmetology and obtained a patent for an innovative cosmetic product.

A first-year student of the Educational-Scientific Institute of Economics and Law at Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkasy, Anastasiia Mishchenko, has joined the international initiative EU NEIGHBOURS EAST as a Young European Ambassador and recently published her first blog on the campaign’s official website.
