The scholarly journal Cherkasy University Bulletin: Physical and Mathematical Sciences has been indexed in the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), an internationally recognised database.

DOAJ is a leading international platform that indexes peer-reviewed open-access scholarly journals meeting high standards of quality, transparency in peer review, and publishing ethics.

The journal’s inclusion in this database confirms its compliance with international standards for scholarly publishing, enhances its visibility within the global academic community, and promotes wider dissemination of its authors’ research.

A significant contribution to the journal’s development, the maintenance of its high academic standards, and its preparation for inclusion in international scientometric databases was made by members of the editorial board: Professor Andrii Husak, Professor Yurii Liashenko, and Associate Professor Nadiia Storozhuk. Their systematic academic and organisational efforts have played a key role in improving the journal’s quality and ensuring its compliance with international standards. Recognition should also be given to the coordinated and sustained work of the entire editorial board, whose efforts have ensured adherence to contemporary editorial policies, rigorous peer-review procedures, and the principles of academic integrity.

This achievement marks an important milestone in the development of the university’s scholarly journals and their integration into the European and global systems of scholarly communication.
