A student of Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkasy, Maksym Nesvat, became a prizewinner at two Ukrainian championships – in triathlon and aquathlon.

The athlete, who studies at the Educational-Scientific Institute of Physical Culture, Sports and Health, won the first award at the Ukrainian Triathlon Championship, which was held in Kyiv on July 25–28. Following the competition results, Maksym took an honourable third place.

Just a few days later, on August 2, in his hometown of Cherkasy, Maksym Nesvat once again stood on the podium, this time at the Ukrainian Aquathlon Championship. In the U23 age category, he claimed first place, while in the overall standings, he finished third.

“We congratulate Maksym on his brilliant results and wish him further sporting achievements!” said Leonid Nechyporenko, Director of the Educational-Scientific Institute of Physical Culture, Sports and Health.
