Anastasiia Mykhailovska, a second-year bachelor’s student at Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkasy, has successfully begun her studies at Friedrich Schiller University Jena (Germany) within the framework of the ERASMUS+ international academic mobility programme.
At the Educational-Scientific Institute of Foreign Languages, Anastasiia is pursuing a degree in Language and Literature (German, English).
For almost a month now, Anastasiia has been living and studying in Germany – attending lectures and seminars, travelling, and gaining unforgettable experiences.
She shares her first impressions:
“I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to study in Germany. The lecturers and students here are very open, and there is a special programme designed for exchange students, where we are divided according to our language proficiency level.
The university also has an organisation that arranges events for us – every Tuesday we meet to discuss the news and share how our week has gone. Every weekend there are trips somewhere. It’s simply amazing to have such a student life!”
“The Department of German Philology wishes Anastasiia every success in her studies and looks forward to further fruitful cooperation with Friedrich Schiller University Jena (Germany),” notes Associate Professor Lesia Ovsiienko.
