Action Title: KA1: Learning Mobility of Individuals

Project Type: KA131, KA171. Mobility Projects for Higher Education Students and Staff.

Key Action 1 aims to: create opportunities for individual international mobility for representatives of higher education institutions, specifically:
For students of all study cycles across all fields of study, mobility participation offers an opportunity to study or undergo a traineeship abroad as part of their degree programme at their home higher education institution (HEI).

For educational institution staff, mobility fosters the exchange of experience and professional development.

The core requirement of KA1 projects is the RECOGNITION OF MOBILITY OUTCOMES, along with adherence to the principles of inclusion in higher education.

The objectives of KA1 international mobility are:

- exchanging knowledge, teaching and research methods, as well as work experience in European and international environments;

- acquiring and developing communication and language competences, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and enhancing research competences;

- developing digital and green competences;

- fostering personal development.
