As part of the continued cooperation of Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkasy with the European University Alliance E³UDRES², Associate Professor of the Department of Philosophy, Social and Political Sciences Oleksandra Demianenko took part in the European Civic Skills Training held at the University of Applied Sciences in the German city of Fulda.

The final event of the week of the Republic of Poland at Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkasy (since April 11, 2024) on April 18 was the solemn academy “Issues of Ukrainian-Polish cooperation in the context of Russia’s war against Ukraine.”

At Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkasy, the thematic auditorium “Polish Chamber” was opened, the creation of which was thanks to the efforts of the rector’s office, the directorate of the Educational-Scientific Institute of Foreign Languages, the staff of the Department of Slavic Philology, Foreign Literature and Teaching Methods, as well as the support of the private School of Polish Language and Culture “Uczmy się polskiego!”

Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkasy together with Polish colleagues is holding an international scientific conference “Polish-Ukrainian relations regarding Russian aggression against Ukraine: historical and contemporary contexts”, the work of which began on April 11 in a mixed format.
