It is worth noting that the ranking results are based on citation metrics of scientific articles published by education institutions or their specialists.
The ranking was compiled based on the results of scientometric monitoring of subjects of scientific publishing activities in Ukraine according to the indicators of the SciVerse Scopus database as of May 2025.
Rector Oleksandr Cherevko stated:
“The ranking results reflect the high level of our scholars and their work at the university. In this year’s ranking, we dropped one position, but we have outdistanced our neighbouring institutions by a long shot. We are even ahead of the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. I thank the university’s researchers for continuing to provide high-quality educational services and to maintain strong ranking positions during wartime. Congratulations to the university staff on Science Day!”
