The event was organized by Vitalii Shylo, Director of Cherkasy Regional Hospital, together with the administration of the medical institution, Cherkasy Regional Council deputy Oleksandr Voskoboinik, and the Mental Health Research and Training Center at Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkasy. The retreat took place at the Resort Medical Park Wellness Clinic in Bukovel.

“Over the two days, we had the opportunity to recharge and acquire new skills for managing stress and burnout at the workplace. Now we have a set of practical tips and tools that can be easily applied at any moment. The main thing is not to forget that everyone’s mental state also needs recovery and cannot function continuously without rest,” commented Yaryna Cherevko, Head of the HR Department at Cherkasy Regional Hospital and participant in the retreat.

“Our hospital staff is extremely valuable to us, because today, more than ever, they bear the responsibility of saving patients, restoring their health, and ensuring a comfortable life after illnesses, injuries, and wounds. Thus, taking care of our team, we also take care of each patient. I am grateful to everyone involved in the organization of this event, because together we are a force that achieves positive results,” summarized Vitalii Shylo, Director of Cherkasy Regional Hospital.
