Kseniia Hordiienko, a first-cycle bachelor’s student in the “Management” programme at Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkasy, is currently undertaking a semester of study at Fulda University of Applied Sciences (Germany) within the Erasmus+ programme.

Studying in an international environment is not just an academic experience. It means immersion in a different educational culture, the development of managerial thinking in a global context, collaboration with lecturers and students from various countries, and the formation of skills that are in demand on the international labour market.

Particularly valuable is the fact that, at a European university, modern approaches to management are combined with practice-oriented training and European educational standards.

“Management as a field of study proves that it is not only about managing processes but also about leadership in times of change, strategic thinking, the ability to act in an international environment, and nurturing the next generation of managers,” notes Mykola Rudenko, Director of the Educational-Scientific Institute of Economics and Law. “Opportunities such as Erasmus+ confirm that a modern university is a borderless space where a genuine European academic and professional trajectory is formed. We are proud of our students and the fact that Management opens doors to the world!”
