As part of the course “International Organizations” and with the aim of communicating with future stakeholders, first-year students majoring in International Relations at the Educational-Scientific Institute of International Relations, History and Philosophy of Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkasy had the opportunity to meet with Zhanna Hrytsenko, Program Manager, Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator, and Social Media and Communications Manager at the U.S. Peace Corps in Ukraine (Peace Corps Ukraine).

Within the framework of the associated partnership between Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkasy and the European University Alliance E³UDRES², and at the initiative of the university’s International Relations Office, a 10-week online course titled “Ukrainian Language, Culture and History” was launched on 7 April 2026 for staff members of partner universities.

Every year, the Department of Preschool Education hosts a STEM Week as part of the “STEM Spring” festival, which brings together students of Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkasy around modern educational ideas, innovations and practice-oriented learning.

Students and lecturers of Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkasy took part in a round table entitled “Where the Ukrainian Heart Beats: Ukrainian Communities in African Countries”.

On 1–2 April 2026, the II Annual Free Virtual Educational Conference on Disability, entitled “Seeds of Resilience: Shaping Characteristics for Enhancing Well-Being”, was held at Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkasy.

On 25–26 March, students and lecturers of Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkasy participated in a two-day online lecture marathon as part of the international initiative E³UDRES² Live Lecture Days.

On 14 March, Maksym Matsyboka, a master’s student of the Department of German Philology of the “Language and Literature (German, English)” educational programme at Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkasy, attended a UNESCO forum in Paris as part of a team of Rotaractors.

The participation of BKNUC students and faculty in the conservation campaign to protect the pleated snowdrop in Kholodnyi Yar has become a good tradition.
